wenpkr Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the wenpkr platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other method — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and wenpkr (the "Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the wenpkr platform immediately and not register an account.

These terms apply to all services offered on wenpkr, including but not limited to: sports betting, live casino, crash games, roulette, fishing games, live cricket scoring, and the wenpkr VIP Club programme. By using any of these services, you affirm your acceptance of these terms in full.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of wenpkr or any associated company.

wenpkr reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposits made will be reviewed in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only on wenpkr. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering on wenpkr, you agree to:

wenpkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Acceptable documents typically include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on wenpkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to any deposit or withdrawal on the platform. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your balance. The amount you withdraw is the amount transferred to your designated payment method.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit on wenpkr is Rs 500.
• Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
• Deposits are credited to your wenpkr account within seconds for mobile wallet payments and within standard banking timeframes for IBFT transfers.
• wenpkr does not charge deposit fees. Third-party payment processors may apply their own charges, which are the responsibility of the player.
• wenpkr reserves the right to decline deposits from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

Withdrawals:

wenpkr offers a range of promotional bonuses, welcome offers, VIP Club cashback, and game-specific incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any related winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on wenpkr contribute equally to wagering requirements. The specific contribution rates for each game category are displayed in the relevant promotion's terms page.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time they are credited. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been used before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time on wenpkr unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: wenpkr actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns. Strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds — including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns across multiple accounts or systematically exploiting reload offers — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• First Deposit Bonuses: Welcome bonuses are available to new wenpkr accounts only on their first qualifying deposit. Players who have previously held an account on wenpkr are not eligible for new player promotions.

The wenpkr VIP Club operates separately from promotional bonuses. VIP Club cashback payments are calculated weekly based on net losses across the previous seven days and are credited with reduced or zero wagering requirements at higher tiers. All games available on the wenpkr platform — including sports betting, live casino, crash games, roulette, and fishing games — are subject to the specific game rules displayed within each game or section. These game rules form part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Sports Betting: Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with wenpkr's sports betting rules. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, wenpkr will use official published results from the relevant governing body as the authoritative source. Bets on events that are cancelled or voided will be refunded at the original stake unless individual market rules state otherwise.

wenpkr reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was affected by a technical error, feed failure, or pricing error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wenpkr and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on wenpkr, regardless of the identity information used.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that are used without the owner's authorisation.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions, or using wenpkr for any purpose related to illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit games, or manipulate platform outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including at live casino tables.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to generate artificial winnings. Any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other technical means.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at wenpkr staff or other players.
• Sharing account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to operate your wenpkr account.

wenpkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. All gaming products on the platform are intended to be a source of entertainment — not a means of income or a method of resolving financial difficulties.

wenpkr provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account settings without requiring you to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending on wenpkr.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session lengths after which you will be logged out automatically.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications of how long you have been playing in a current session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your wenpkr account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these terms, wenpkr reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that the account holder acted fraudulently or in violation of these terms, balances may be forfeited in full. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the verified balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

All content on the wenpkr platform — including but not limited to the brand name "wenpkr", the logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of wenpkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the wenpkr platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any wenpkr content.
• Use the wenpkr brand name or logo without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any wenpkr software.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the wenpkr platform.

Any unauthorised use of wenpkr's intellectual property will be treated as a serious violation and may result in legal action in addition to account closure.

wenpkr provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While wenpkr takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and accuracy of game outcomes, wenpkr does not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of technical interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wenpkr and its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, revenue, or profits arising from technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures, or platform downtime.
• Losses resulting from a player's reliance on inaccurate odds or market information caused by a technical feed error, where such bets are subsequently voided and stakes returned.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of the wenpkr platform.
• Any security breach of your wenpkr account caused by your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.

In all cases where wenpkr is found to be liable, wenpkr's maximum liability to any individual player shall not exceed the verified balance held in that player's account at the time of the claim.

wenpkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on wenpkr, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

wenpkr uses the personal information it collects for the following purposes:

• Processing deposits and withdrawals through your registered payment methods.
